Cheer on Raymond!
QTF Homes very own Raymond Moan will be taking part in training over the next 10 weeks for ‘The Southern Area Hospice Strictly Goes Country’ competition to help raise vital funds for the Southern Area Hospice Services.
Strictly Goes Country’, which will follow a similar format to ‘Strictly Come Dancing’, will see the participating couples jiving, line-dancing and doing the huckle-buck amongst many more dances to impress the judging panel and the audience in order to win their votes and ultimately win the show on the night.
Anne Mac Oscar, Regional Marketing Officer for Southern Area Hospice Services encouraged people to come forward saying, “I am so encouraged by the support when people sign up to participate in these events, not only giving time and effort to help us get vital funds but who give up several hours a week to train and put on a show that supporters will not want to miss. As not only is this sure to be a fantastic experience for all our dancers – it is guaranteed to be a great night of entertainment.
“I am delighted to be taking place in Strictly Goes Country and the chance to learn new skills and meet new people that will also contribute towards raising vital funds for Southern Area Hospice Services. We all have a special reason why the Hospice Charity is close to our hearts, from the wonderful staff and peaceful surroundings it offers our loved ones and it will be a great pleasure of mine to work hard, train and get up on the stage and take part in something that is going to make a difference – and to do that, i’m going to need a little help from my friends – So please help me in my journey to make that difference by sponsoring me and donating what you can to the The Southern Area Hospice services”.
