1,111sqm to 1,195sq ft timber frame homes

The three-bed homes, set in terraces of three and ranging in price from €460,000 to €475,000 with sizes from 1111sq m /1,195sq ft to 1113 sq m/1,216 sq ft. A feature of the three-beds is a lovely roomy landing area that measures 15ft by 5ft.

All of the houses have heat recovery ventilation systems.

Benefits of a heat recovery ventilation system

A building’s efficiency is improved with insulation and weather stripping. Timber Frame builds are intentionally made more airtight, and consequently less well ventilated. A heat recovery ventilation system HRV introduces fresh air to a building, circulating every two hours and improves overall climate control, whilst promoting efficient energy use just one of the many benefits of timber frame houses.

These homes achieved an excellent energy rating of  A3: BER value = 50 kWh/ m2 /y.

For completion and launching this year is the three-storey four-bed 1,793 sq ft home and costing €630,000 (June 2018)
