Timber frame panels are manufactured in our factory so it allows for better quality and less wasted time on site. The material used is eco-friendly and tested for moisture content to make sure that it is within the required limits. Through the used if layering there is better insulation within the building. There can be immense reduction in the running costs with regards to the heating bill as there is a proven 40% saving on fuel costs.

The fire resistance of a timber frame structure is gained through the combination of internal lining material, the timber structure and the insulation. Greater fire resistance is usually obtained through using a double layer of plasterboard with staggered joints. Plasterboard is most commonly used lining material due to its economy, ease of working and good fire performance.
